Age Notice

The VANTA V10 is a sporting instrument built from machined aluminium and shot with steel ammunition. It can cause serious, permanent injury, including blindness.

It is not a toy, it is not a novelty and it is not suitable for children under any supervision arrangement.

You must be at least 18 years old to order from us, to take delivery and to use the product.

Some countries, states and cities set a higher minimum age for items of this kind, or restrict them entirely. Where the local minimum is higher than 18, the local minimum is the one that applies to you. Checking that is your responsibility, and it has to happen before you order.

Placing an order is your confirmation that you meet the age requirement. We take that at face value.

If we have reason to believe an order was placed by someone under the minimum age, we will cancel it and refund it in full. We may ask for proof of age before we ship, and we will not ship until we are satisfied.

If you are buying for someone else, that person must also meet the age requirement. Do not buy this for a minor.

Whoever ends up with the unit needs to read the Responsible Use page before they shoot it. Pass it on with the unit.

Store the unit, the bands and the ammunition out of reach and out of sight of children, and store the ammunition separately. Lock it away if you can.

An adult being present is not a substitute for the age requirement. Children should not use this product.
