How an order runs

Order
We confirm your order by email. Options and address can still be changed.

Dispatch
Your unit is packed, checked and handed to the carrier. We email you when it goes.

Delivery
The parcel goes to the address on the order. Shipping is free, and the duties and local taxes are paid by us.

Return window
7 days from the day it arrives. Email us photographs first, return postage is yours, refund within five business days.
Shipping
We currently ship only to the United States and Australia, and shipping is free to both.
There is no shipping charge at checkout. If your address is outside the United States and Australia, checkout will not accept it right now, so email us at hello@magvoltlab.com before you order.
Duties and import charges
We pay the import duties and local taxes on your order. Your parcel is sent delivered duty paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
If a carrier contacts you about a charge on a MagVolt parcel, do not pay it. Email us and we will check it with you.
Delivery timing
Your order is dispatched once it has been packed and checked. We do not publish a dispatch speed or a delivery date, because we will not state one we have not verified.
If your order is going to run late, we tell you by email rather than leaving you to find out.
Destinations we cannot reach
Some countries restrict items of this kind, and the rules differ by country, state and city. Check the rules where you live before you order. We cannot advise you on your local law.
If we find we cannot ship legally to your address, we will tell you and refund the order in full.
Changing or cancelling an order
While your order has not shipped, email us your order number and we can change the options or the delivery address.
You can also cancel before it ships, and we refund in full. Once it has shipped, use the return below instead.
Returns
You have 7 days from the day the unit arrives to change your mind, or 14 days where EU or UK consumer law applies. Email us photographs inside that window and we authorise the return and send you the address. Return postage is yours to pay on a change of mind.
Send back the unit and everything that came with it, packed to survive the trip, ideally in the box it arrived in.
Refunds
Your refund is issued within five business days of the unit arriving back with us, to the payment method used for the order.
How quickly the money appears after that is down to your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control.
Damaged or incorrect on arrival
If your unit is damaged in transit, we replace it outright. Email us photographs of the unit and of the packaging it arrived in.
If you were sent the wrong option, tell us and we will correct it.
Age and responsible use
This is not a toy and it is sold to adults only. You must be 18 or older to order, and you must meet any higher age requirement that applies where you live.
Wear eye protection, shoot into a proper backstop, never aim at a person or an animal, and keep the unit and the ammunition away from children.
