Magvolt Lab is a small B2B machine shop. For twelve years we've cut heat sinks, mounting brackets, and precision housings. Steady contract work for hardware brands and local shops, always shipping under someone else's name.
Somewhere along the way we got tired of watching "gear for men" get injection-molded from the cheapest plastic on earth. We had the mills, the billet, and twelve years of tolerance sheets, so we started designing our own line of metal objects worth keeping: slingshots, blades, tools. Real weight, real machining, unique designs.

Yes, unconditionally. If we can't ship to your address, if the batch is delayed beyond the promised window, or if you change your mind before your checkout link goes out, the $0.99 goes back to your original payment method.
You have 14 days from delivery to return the V10 for a full refund: original condition and packaging, all parts included. Email us your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
A free waitlist fills up with people who never buy, and real backers lose their spot to them. $0.99 keeps the 149 founders' positions for people who actually want the V10.

The magazine tube holds ten steel balls and gravity-feeds them one at a time. The pouch has a magnetic insert. Bring it to the frame and it picks up the next round as you draw.

14-day returns
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a full refund of the product price. The V10 must come back in its original condition and packaging, with all magazines, bands, and unused ammo included.
How to start a return
Email hello@magvoltlab.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Once the unit passes inspection back at the shop, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or defective units
If your V10 arrives damaged or something isn't machined right, send us a short video within 14 days and we'll replace it, shipping on us, no return required in most cases. Every unit is QC'd before it leaves, but metal meets courier sometimes.
Reservation refunds
Your $0.99 reservation is refundable at any time before your private checkout link is sent. Just email us. If we fail to ship the founders' batch within the promised window, all reservations are refunded automatically.
What we can't take back
Units with aftermarket modifications, missing parts, or damage from misuse. Opened ammo packs are non-returnable but never block the rest of the return.
