01The object
MagVolt makes precision metal objects. VANTA V10 is Release 001.
The body is cut from a single billet of 6061-T6 aluminium on a four axis CNC and held to ±0.05 mm. The frame, the fork and the magazine are machined rather than cast, then finished in Type III hard anodize, so the surface becomes part of the metal instead of a coating on top of it.
Finished weight is 312 g.

03Materials and process
Frame and magazine are 6061-T6 aluminium, machined from solid billet.
The finish is Type III hard anodize. It is grown into the aluminium rather than sprayed onto it, which is why the edges stay crisp and the colour cannot chip off in flakes.
The fork runs on stainless steel roller bearings. Ammunition is 8 mm steel round.

06Care and maintenance
Wipe the frame with a dry cloth. Type III hard anodize is hard and abrasion resistant, but it is still a surface on metal and it will mark if you drag it through grit.
Keep the magazine channel clear of debris. Do not use solvents on the anodize.
Inspect the bands before each session and replace them when you see cracking or thinning at the pouch or at the fork tie.

This is an adult product. Use it only where it is legal, on private property or a controlled range, and only with eye protection.
